Pat O'Brien began working with talent in 1989. At that time, Pat O'Brien was working with a development company in Beverly Hills where he started a series of agent showcases in order to place the talent with top agents. While doing the showcases, Pat was given the ability to scholarship and personally select certain talent that he thought may do better than others. His selections proved his ability to be correct - as many of them that he personally selected went on to work in TV and film and modeling and some to be very famous today. After so many successes with his clients, Pat decided that he should do Talent Management instead.
Absolute Talent Management does not charge any fees for any services ever. Absolute Talent Management is not an "advanced fee company". Absolute Talent Management has no other income besides the commission on client (talent) bookings (jobs done and paid for).
Absolute Talent is a talent management company (not an agency) that only receives income from the 15% commission on gross bookings (jobs) that clients get paid for.
Absolute Talent Management, Inc is licensed to do business through The City of Beverly Hills and is in good standings with all appropriate state boards and agencies. Absolute Talent Management, Inc. is a California Corporation in good standings with all appropriate Federal, State and Local boards.
Absolute Talent has clients signed with 19 of the top talent agencies in the Los Angeles Area and only places clients with SAG Franchised and State Licensed Talent Agencies.
